Dr. Sanicola is an "out of network" provider for insurance companies. She does not participate on any insurance panels. If you have a PPO, most, but not all, of them have some out-of-network benefits. The office can bill your insurance company for you, as a courtesy. However, you are still responsible for payment at the time of service. Should the insurance carrier reimburse the doctor directly for services rendered, the credit will be applied to the patients account. If you want to utilize your in-network benefits, please contact your insurance company directly for referrals.
The charge for the initial visit is $215.00. Subsequent visits are $195.00.
Sessions are approximately 45-50 minutes in length.
The charge for a half session is $100.00.
Half sessions are approximately 25 minutes in length.
The charge for professional services such as scoring of test results, report writing
and preparation of documents is $165.00 per 45-50 minute time segment.
The charge for a phone consultation is $50.00 per 15 minute time segment, or any portion thereof. Please be aware that insurance companies do not usually reimburse for telephone consultations. The charge for performing any other professional services you may request.
will also be charged at $40.00 or each 15 minute increment.
Emergency visits are charged at $350.00 per hour.
Payment for services provided is due at the end of each session, unless prior arrangements have been made. There is a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.
